| Director
An independent businessman, Mr. Colborne is currently Chairman of TriStar Oil and Gas Inc. He was the CEO of TriStar from January 2006 to August 2006. From September 2003 to January 2006, he was the President and CEO of StarPoint Energy Ltd., which after 15 months converted into a royalty trust to form StarPoint Energy Trust. Under his leadership StarPoint executed a number of significant acquisitions and grew from 200 boe/d to 38,000 boe/d. Prior to this, Mr. Colborne was the President and CEO of Crescent Point Energy Ltd. until its reorganization into an energy trust in September 2003. As the President and CEO of Startech Energy Inc. from 1993 until February 2001, he grew the company from 120 boe/d to 16,000 boe/d before it was acquired by ARC Energy Trust. At the time, Startech was included in the TSX 300 sub-index as one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies. Mr. Colborne has also held positions in corporate finance and law with Wascana Energy and Husky Oil Ltd. Prior to that he was an associate with the legal firm Parlee McLaws.

Mr. Bannister is currently President of Destiny Energy Inc., a privately owned oil and gas company and is Chairman of Crescent Point Energy Trust. Until its sale in February of 2007 Mr. Bannister was Vice-President, Exploration and a Director of Mission Oil and Gas Inc. Prior to joining Mission Oil and Gas, he was Vice-President, Exploration of StarPoint Energy Inc. before its conversion into a royalty trust and President and a Director of Impact Energy Inc. Mr. Bannister previously held positions of Vice President of Corporate Development of Startech Energy until it was acquired by ARC Resources at the end of 2000 and also held positions as Vice President Exploration and Development and Director of both Boomerang Resources Ltd. and Laurasia Resources Limited, both publicly-traded oil and gas companies.
Mr. Bannister graduated from the University of Calgary in 1981 with a Major in Geology and a Minor in Economics. He was initially employed by Sproule Associates Limited as a Senior Geologist. Later, as a Partner, he participated in exploration and property evaluations throughout Western Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. He spent a number of years managing private capital and developing and executing drilling and acquisition opportunities for investors. Since 1993, Mr. Bannister has been actively involved in publicly-traded oil and gas companies.

Mr. Bowlen is President, Chief Executive Officer and sole shareholder of Regent Resources Ltd., a Calgary-based junior oil and gas exploration and production company, a position he has held since the inception of the corporation in 1990. From 1984 until 1990 Mr. Bowlen was President and Chief Executive Officer of a predecessor corporation, Northern Development Company Limited. With Northern, Mr. Bowlen also served as Vice President between 1982 and 1984 and chief landman from 1976 to 1982. Mr. Bowlen is also chairman of Newpact Energy Corp. a privately held energy company located in Calgary. Mr. Bowlen is a part owner and director of the Denver Broncos Football Club of the National Football League.
As a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, Mr. Bowlen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has in excess of 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. |

Mr. Hop is an independent businessman in the City of Calgary. His firm, Hop Asset Management Ltd., specializes in creating consolidated financial and estate plans for high net worth families and private business owners. Mr. Hop is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has been involved in this specialty area since 1982. He is also a partner in Uniglobe Travel (Western Canada) Inc., a travel agency regional franchise with 65 independently owned and operated agencies in Western Canada. Mr. Hop has been a partner in the Uniglobe Western Canadian Region since 1989.
Mr. Hop graduated from the University of Calgary in 1982 with a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. |

Mr. O'Neil is a Professional Engineer with 25 years of varied exploration, production and operations experience in the Canadian oil and gas business. Prior to founding Breaker, Mr. O'Neil was Vice-president, Canadian Foothills/Frontiers Exploration with EnCana Corporation (formerly Alberta Energy Company Ltd. (AEC)). Mr. O'Neil had been employed in a number of executive and leadership roles since joining AEC in 1990, including Vice President of the Grande Prairie Business Unit, Team Lead of the Fort St. John Sub Business Unit as well as managing the Drilling and Completion Department.
Mr. O'Neil has a proven record of cost effectively optimizing production results. He is a results-driven engineer with a unique and diversified skill-set to work a play/prospect from the conceptual stage through to production. Mr. O'Neil is an experienced negotiator with industry, regulatory and aboriginal groups.
Mr. O'Neil graduated with honours from the Montana School of Mines and Mineral Technology in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).

Mr. Macdonald is currently the President of Bamako Investment Management Ltd., a private holding and financial consulting company.
Keith is a founder, chairman and director of Rolling Thunder Exploration Ltd; and a founder and director of Artemis Exploration Ltd. He is a chairman and director of Cirrus Energy Ltd. and Caliber Energy Services Corp. as well as a director of Cork Exploration Ltd. Mr. Macdonald is a director of two industry associations SEPAC (Small Explorers and Producers of Canada) and Petroleum Human Resources Sector Council (PHRSC).
From 1994 to January 1999 Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Finance and Director of New Cache Petroleums Ltd. The Company had grown from no production in 1988 to 4,500 boepd at the time of sale in 1999. Mr. Macdonald founded the Company in 1988 and was its President until a merger in 1994.
Mr. Macdonald holds the Chartered Accountants designation achieved in 1980 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting and Finance major) from the University of Calgary in 1978.

Rob Peters, an independent businessman, is currently the President of Black Diamond Land Cattle Co., a private company with interests in real estate, ranching and energy investments.
Until his retirement from the firm in September 2002, Mr. Peters was Chairman of the Board of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment leader headquartered in Calgary, specializing in energy investments. The company, which Rob founded, commenced operations in 1971.
Mr. Peters is also involved in the real estate industry and is founder and partner in an upscale residential development, Elbow Valley Developments as well as a founder and partner in Peters-Dewald Land Company, a land development management company focused on creating value in residential real estate opportunities.
Rob is a director with Mission Oil & Gas Inc., GMP Capital Trust., Titan Exploration Ltd., Big Rock Brewery, TriStar Oil and Gas Ltd., Breaker Energy Ltd. and Odorchem Manufacturing Corp.
